This program is designed for properties where an individual with a confirmed case of COVID-19 has been present. Pricing is based on square footage and property contents. This program effectively disinfects against SARS-Cov-2.

  • Hard Surfaces: Manually handed cleaned with microfiber cloths treated with ProRestores Mediclean

  • Fogging: Fogging of entire areas with ProRestores Mediclean using ULV Sprayers

  • Drapery: Pre-treat drapes with ProRestores Mediclean and then be Hot water extracted (Steam extracted at 208.F)

  •  Upholstery: Pre-treat upholstery with ProRestores Mediclean and then be Hot water extracted (Steam extracted at 208.F)

  • Carpeting: (Wet) Pre-treat upholstery with ProRestores Mediclean and then be exrracted 

  • HVAC: Treat and replace HVAC filters with anti-microbial products (client to provide filters)

No Confirmed Case DisInfecting PRogram

This program is designed for properties that have not had any individuals present with a confirmed case of COVID-19. The program effectively disinfects by spraying areas with ProRestores Mediclean ( EPA Registered # 70385-6). Unlike bleach based products, Mediclean provides long lasting residual protection, so it keeps working after application. Pricing is based on square footage.
